In our work together, I draw from a range of methods and approaches that support clarity, emotional release, insight, and integration. The tool itself is never the goal. It serves the process.

Below you’ll find some of the methods I may use, always grounded, always tailored to you.

NLP
(Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP is a practical way to understand how you think, learn, communicate, and act and how you can shift patterns that no longer serve you.

NLP helps you become aware of the connection between your thoughts, emotions, language, and behavior.

Through NLP, you regain clarity and agency:

  • In your thoughts and emotional responses

  • In your behavior and decisions

  • In how you handle pressure and responsibility

  • In how you align action with intention

This is not about “reprogramming” yourself.
It is about awareness, choice, and alignment.

Neurogram™

Braintype Model

The Neurogram™ is a model based on the idea that each person has a unique brain, while at the same time sharing recognizable patterns.
It works with nine distinct brain types, each reflecting how you think, feel, communicate, and make decisions.

Using the Neurogram™, we explore which brain type fits you best.

It offers insight into:

  • The characteristics of your brain type

  • How you process information and make choices

  • Your natural strengths

  • Where you may get stuck more easily

IEMT

(Integral Eye Movement Therapy)

IEMT is a focused and practical method that helps reduce the emotional charge connected to certain memories or recurring patterns.

Not to relive the past,
but to loosen what still holds weight.

 

It can be helpful when:

  • old emotional reactions keep repeating

  • certain memories still feel heavy

  • self-doubt or insecurity keeps surfacing

  • stress or inner tension lingers


We don’t endlessly analyze. We work precisely and effectively.

Mapstell is a practical tool that helps you understand how you think, act, and respond and how that may differ from others.

It makes your behavioral style visible through a clear and structured map.

With Mapstell, you:
