Hi, I’m Haitske van de Sande — a transformational coach, certified NLP trainer, IEMT practitioner, and energetic guide, but my life holds more than one path.
My work lives where growth, awareness, and inner fire come together. Sometimes you simply need someone to walk alongside you, who offers the right nudge to help you reconnect with your inner fire.
I have walked my own path, through both highs and lows. Through bored-out and semi burnout,
through not knowing who you really are anymore,
through emotional waves and spiritual bypassing,
and through the long way back to my body, my voice, and my inner fire.
Now I walk alongside others who are ready to stop giving their power away.
People who feel that there is more alive within them and who long to live as their full, authentic selves, letting life and work flow from that place.
In my work, I am grounded, intuitive, and fully present with you. I don’t give you answers.
I reflect what already lives within you, so you remember how to let your inner fire burn again.
Alongside my coaching practice, I am also an advisor and trainer in global citizenship and internationalization at Globi. I work with schools across the Netherlands, helping teams and school leaders design meaningful strategies for programs on world citizenship education. With a background in Tourism Management and English Education, I bring years of experience building international programs and school exchanges. This work reflects another part of me: a passion for learning, connection, and global awareness.
With over 17 years of experience teaching English in secondary education, I’ve also worked as a mentor, study coach, and personal guide for students. I’ve designed and coordinated international learning tracks, and for over a decade, I’ve offered private English tutoring from my home — creating space for personal attention, growth, and self-leadership.
My work, whether in schools or in private sessions, always centers the same core: helping people remember who they are, claim their voice, and stand in their own fire and power.
